Aged 26, Andrew was appointed MD of TTB, a small Print Finishing company, reporting to a PLC board. Over the next 5 years he grew the business to become the largest of its kind in the UK, employing 175 staff and achieving annual profits of over £1 million, unheard of for a trade company within the print industry.

In 1996 Andrew started IPS (Intelligent Print Solutions). IPS was a print management company offering clients with a large marketing print spend a comprehensive outsourced solution. Over the next 10 years the business grew to a turnover of over £25 million, with sole supplier contracts with Sony, T-Mobile and Shell among others. Along the way it won numerous awards for innovation and customer service. The industry was consolidating rapidly and in 2006 Andrew merged IPS with a competitor, Charterhouse to create a top 5 UK company with a turnover today of over £120 million.

Since 2010 Andrew has been owner and MD of VR Print. He is also a business mentor for The Princes Trust and is involved with The Forgiveness Project. You can find out more about Andrew at
